Personalisation made simple.

Its a common fact in business that to improve your conversion rates you need to personalise your customer communications, but if it were that easy, why doesn't everyone do it? 

A recent Royal Mail survey has found that costs of producing a multi-platform highly personalised campaign have reduced by 25% over the last 5 years making it much more affordable.

The same survey also looked at the power of using personalisation in an integrated email & print campaign and how much response rates increased without either being seen as spam or junk. The results are really eye-opening!

This article in the latest issue of Exchange Magazine from the Chartered Institute of Marketing also discusses personalisation in more detail.
